Quarterly housing market reports from the MVA
The MVA is constantly engaged in monitoring the housing market in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. All brokers affiliated with the MVA are experts, especially in the Amsterdam housing market. In this way, the MVA continuously has a wealth of data at its disposal to analyze the market and draw conclusions from it. Every quarter we issue a housing market report where important data is collected about the housing market in Amsterdam and its surroundings. The report shows Amsterdam as a whole, but also specifies each city district. The following sections are highlighted in the report:
