Makelaarsvereniging Amsterdam is the professional organization of brokers in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area with nearly 600 member brokers and candidate brokers. MVA is the largest division of the NVM.

Brokering is a profession, that is our belief. And you have to learn a trade. Sometimes from each other, always with each other. That is why the MVA was founded. Buying, selling, renting and letting houses is only part of the broker's work: valuations, assessments of the structural condition, laws and regulations, processes and legal matters, ground lease, division deeds and appraisals, they are all part of the broker's profession. Moreover, the broker is customer-oriented, friendly, and businesslike when necessary.
