The name Y10 is derived from the location of the building: on the island of IJburg in Amsterdam on the A10 ring road. LEASE TERM
1 year with a renewal of 1 year each time, but longer lease periods are also possible.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The tenant must pay a security deposit equal to at least 3 (three) months' rent, including the advance service charge and the VAT due on it.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The lease will be based on a standard lease agreement, as drawn up by the Real Estate Council (ROZ), model February 2003.
VAT
VAT-taxed rental will be opted for. The tenant must therefore continue to provide more than 90% VAT-taxed deliveries and services.
ACCESSIBILITY
Car
The property is accessible by car via the A10 ring road, exit S114 and IJburglaan. IJburg has also recently been connected to the A1 and A9 motorways on the east side, providing optimal accessibility by car from Amsterdam city center, Schiphol Airport, and other regions.
Parking
Parking spaces are available in the underground parking garage on a waiting list basis. There are also sufficient public parking spaces (metered) in the surrounding area.
Public transport
Public transport is provided by the IJ tram. This dedicated fast tram connection via tram line 26 provides a very frequent connection to the center of Amsterdam. Via the Panama junction at the Oostelijke Handelskade, Central Station can be reached in approximately 20 minutes and provides an excellent connection to all possible public transport connections.
