SERVICE CHARGES
€ 50,- per m² per year plus VAT as a deductible advance payment for the following supplies and services:
- gas, water and electricity consumption including fixed dues for the general as well as the leased areas;
- maintenance and periodic inspection of heating and/or air-conditioning installation(s);
- ditto of the lighting inside and outside;
- ditto of the emergency lighting;
- ditto of the fire alarm system;
- ditto of the fire extinguishing equipment;
- ditto of the burglar alarm system and camera security;

- cleaning costs of the common areas, glazing outside, glazing common areas;
- intercom system;

- administration costs of 5% on the above mentioned supplies and services.
