The 3-story houses have a traditional layout with a living room/kitchen on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The second floor is a large open space with windows and straight walls. The absence of a sloping roof gives you a sea of living space. A space that you can turn into extra bedrooms, a workspace, or a gym. Let your imagination run wild.

Quay house with four floors
The four-story houses can be used and arranged in various ways. Because you have an extra floor, you could use the ground floor for work. Or create a fantastic kitchen-diner here. The same applies to these homes: no sloping roof, so every floor can be used optimally.

Sustainable heating
The park homes are gas-free and equipped with a sustainable heating system. An individual heat pump pumps heat from a private source next to the home.
