You purchase the apartment on a shell basis, as described in the technical description. The floor plans shown are for inspiration, designed by interior designer Alessia Mainardi, with an eye for style, functionality and sophistication. Alessia is known for her unique custom interiors. It is also possible to realize an entirely custom design for the finishing touches by an architect of your choice. An additional contracting agreement can be concluded for the finishing touches, if desired.

Kings/Lane is located in the middle of the Willemspark, between the Vondelpark and the Koninginneweg. A unique location on the corner of Koningslaan and Emmalaan. The transformation of Kings/Lane has started. Expected completion is in the second half of 2026.
