Kings/Lane offers you the freedom to create a home that perfectly suits your needs. Your home begins as an empty canvas, a space without boundaries. From layout to finish, every detail is up to you. You purchase the apartment on a shell basis, as described in the technical description. The floor plans shown are for inspiration, designed by interior designer Alessia Mainardi, with an eye for style, functionality and sophistication. Alessia is known for her unique custom interiors. It is also possible to realize an entirely custom design for the finishing touches by an architect of your choice. An additional contracting agreement can be concluded for the finishing touches, if desired.

On the edge of the Vondelpark
Kings/Lane is located in the middle of the Willemspark, between the Vondelpark and the Koninginneweg. A unique location on the corner of Koningslaan and Emmalaan. The corner location means beautiful windows for lots of light in the house. In Kings/Lane there is a beautiful dynamic view of the entrance to the Vondelpark.

A high-quality transformation
The transformation of Kings/Lane has started. Expected completion is in the second half of 2026. The building will soon meet the modern requirements of comfort, insulation and energy efficiency with HR++ glass, extra-thick walls insulated from the inside and an insulated roof. Much attention has been paid to a comfortable indoor climate in the homes. In winter it is pleasantly warm in the house with underfloor heating and, for atmosphere, a gas fireplace. In addition, each home has its own heat pump, which is connected to a shared source in the ground. And in summer it stays cool thanks to a sophisticated cooling system with floor cooling.
