1. Recruitment Phase
In this phase, a tenant profile* is drawn up by the landlord for each housing complex and type of dwelling and, with the help of a real estate agent, a search is carried out for house seekers who meet it.
2. Assessment phase
In this phase, the real estate agent hired by the landlord begins assessing and selecting house seekers through the registration form or creating an iDD profile for a viewing. Based on this information, the first selection for the viewing is made.
3. Viewing phase
In this phase the viewing of the house takes place and often the potential new tenant provides additional information to check whether the tenant profile* is met.
4. Selection phase
