Rondleiding

De eigenaren hebben destijds de wens gehad een compleet huis te bouwen met alle mogelijke voorzieningen, een royale opzet, uiteindelijk is het een ruim 674 m² groot geheel geworden.

Totaal 10 vertrekken, vier badkamers, wijnkelder, gym, wellness (compleet met een binnenzwembad) en een kantoor met eigen aparte ingang.

Meest uniek is ook de grootte van het perceel van ruim 17.500 m² en de wijze waarop deze is ontworpen en aangelegd. Dit privé park is een oase van groen en rust, hetgeen het gevoel van een buitenplaats bevestigt. De steiger voor een boot aan de Amstel maakt het buitenleven compleet.
