RENTAL PRICE
The rental price quoted includes service costs.

DEPOSIT
At the start of the rental period, the tenant owes the landlord a (minimum) 2-month deposit. If the tenant returns the garage box in accordance with the agreement after the rental period, the tenant will receive this deposit back.

RENTAL PERIOD
Any rental agreement that may be concluded is valid for a minimum rental period of 12 months.

GENERAL
To be eligible for this garage box, you must meet a number of conditions. Below is a summary of those conditions.

INCOME STANDARD
Your gross family income must be approximately €2,000 net. Any payment obligations (such as alimony, personal loans, etc.) will be deducted from the income. Another way to meet this standard is through a "guarantee." With a guarantee, someone acts as a guarantor for the tenant; this person must meet the income standard.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS (by email only, except for identification) MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GARAGE BOX:

- A copy of your ID (passport or identity card); you must have this copied at our office.
- Pay slips for the last three months
- Proof of income for the past year for all (co-)tenants
- Letter of good conduct from the previous landlord
- Original employer's statement
- Extract from the GBA
- Copy of a bank card
- A recent statement of the last 3 months from your bank account linked to the above-mentioned bank card with
income transfer
