RESERVATION
The lease will be subject to the landlord's express reservation of approval.
The landlord reserves the right not to enter into a lease agreement with a prospective tenant without giving reasons.


TERMS & CONDITIONS
The lease will be based on a standard lease agreement, as drawn up by the Real Estate Council (ROZ), model July 2003.


VAT
The lease will be subject to VAT. The tenant must therefore continue to provide more than 90% VAT-taxed goods and services.
