RENTAL DETAILS
- Rent: €20,000 per year, plus VAT.
- Date of acceptance: to be agreed.
- Rental period: 10 years plus 2 x 5 renewal years, preferably to be renewed for 5 years at a time after the initial rental period.
- Rent payment: monthly in advance.
- Indexation: annually in accordance with the CPI series "All Households" (2015=100), for the first time one year after the date of delivery.
- Lease agreement: ROZ Model 2012, supplemented with (complex-specific) provisions of the lessor.
- Security deposit: bank guarantee amounting to 3 months' rent, plus applicable VAT.
- Condition upon delivery: in principle, the rented property will be delivered by the landlord to the tenant in shell condition, including existing facade.
- Reservations: final approval by the landlord.
