They include floor covering (PVC), data cabling, interior sun blinds, a pantry, and the like. These fixtures and fittings belong to the previous tenant but are made available free of charge. These items are not part of the rented space. Maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of these items are at the expense and risk of the tenant throughout the entire rental period.
