VAT provision:
The tenant and landlord expressly declare that the rent has been determined on the basis that the tenant will continue to meet the criteria that have been or will be set for a taxed rental property pursuant to Article 11, paragraph 1, letter b, sub 5, of the Turnover Tax Act 1968. If the taxed rental is terminated or a request for taxed rental is not granted because the tenant no longer meets the requirements, the agreed basic rent, excluding VAT, increased in such a way that the landlord is fully compensated for the VAT on the attributable investments and costs that he must repay to the tax authorities or can no longer deduct.
