RENTAL DETAILS
Rental price: €55,000 per year, plus VAT.
Acceptance date: to be agreed upon.
Advance service costs: €8.50 per m² per year, plus VAT.
Rental period: 10 years plus 2 x 5 renewal years.
Rent payment: monthly in advance.
Indexation: annually in accordance with CPI series "All Households" (2015=100), for the first time one year after the date of delivery.
Lease agreement: ROZ Model 2015 (7:230a BW), supplemented with (complex-specific) provisions of the lessor.
Security deposit: bank guarantee amounting to 3 months' rent, including service costs, plus applicable VAT.
Condition upon delivery: the rented property will be delivered by the landlord to the tenant in shell condition, empty and swept clean.
Reservation: final approval by the landlord.
