THE BUILDING
This office building is located on Rokin, in the heart of Amsterdam's bustling city center. 4 (four) years with a renewal period of 4 (four) years; notice period 12 (twelve) months.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A bank guarantee must be provided in an amount equal to 3 (three) months' rent and service costs, plus VAT, depending on the credit information to be obtained.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The lease will be based on a standard lease agreement, as drawn up by the Real Estate Council (ROZ), model February 2015.
VAT

From the A10 ring road, the office building can be reached via Wibautstraat, Waterlooplein, and Amstel. It is also possible to reach the office building from the A10 ring road via the S116, IJ tunnel, Waterloopplein, and Amstel.

Parking is available in the Rokin parking garage in front of the building and in one of the many parking garages in the center of Amsterdam, for example: Kalverstraat parking garage, The Bank parking garage, or Stopera Amsterdam parking garage.
public transport The Rokin metro station is located in front of the office building, with trains on the North-South line departing every 6 minutes. Tram lines 4, 14, and 24 also stop at Rokin. All of these connections go directly to Amsterdam Central Station.
