When determining the rent, the starting point was that the tenant will continue to use the rented property for at least the minimum percentage set by law or to be determined for services that entitle the tenant to deduct VAT, in such a way that the option for taxed rental can be exercised. If a non-VAT-taxed rental is agreed, a (limited) surcharge will be added to the rent.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
We use the ROZ models to record the agreements between the tenant and the landlord. The rental terms, guarantees, and payments depend on the agreements between the parties. In principle, we assume a regular lease term of 5 years with the option of renewal for 5 years at a time and a bank guarantee or security deposit equal to one gross quarterly obligation.
