LOCATION
The Binnendok (B3) project is located on the NDSM site and is well situated in the heart of the new development area. The Binnendok (B3) project is part of the former NDSM shipyard. RENTAL DETAILS:
- Rent: €275 per m² per year, plus applicable VAT;
- Date of acceptance: immediately
- Rental period: 5 years plus 2x5 renewal years;
- Rent payment: monthly in advance;
- Indexation: annually in accordance with the CPI series "All households" (2015=100), for the first time one year after the date of delivery;
- Lease agreement: ROZ model 2015, supplemented with (complex-specific) provisions of the lessor;
- Security deposit: bank guarantee amounting to 3 months' rent, plus VAT;
- Condition upon delivery: the leased property will be delivered by the lessor to the lessee in shell condition. This will be further clarified in a technical description to be provided at a later date, supplemented by advertising regulations;
- Reservation: final approval by the lessor;
