VAT
The tenant declares that at least 90% of the rented property will be used for activities that entitle them to deduct sales tax. If the tenant no longer meets this criterion at any time, the rental will be exempt from sales tax by operation of law.
Rental agreement:
Rental agreement model landlord based on the Real Estate Council ROZ.
Security deposit:
A security deposit equal to 3 months' rent plus service costs, both plus VAT.
Rent indexation:
Annually based on the Consumer Price Index, CPI series for all households, as published by Statistics Netherlands.

Under- or oversize:
