RENT PRICE INDEXATION
The rent shall be indexed annually, for the first time one year after the commencement date, on the basis of the price index figure according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), All Households Series (2006 = 100), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
RENT PERIOD
Five years with five optional years. A shorter period may be negotiable.
GUARANTEE
Tenant must provide a bank guarantee in the amount of three months' rent plus VAT and service costs, depending on the credit information to be obtained.
SERVICE CHARGES
The service costs amount to € 17.49 per month based on advance contributions for the following supplies and services:
- sewerage unblocking subscription;
- glass washing;
- glass insurance.
The service costs are to be increased with VAT.
Tenant will enter into agreements with the utility companies regarding the supply of gas, any district heating, water, electricity and sewerage unblocking subscription.
