Three newly constructed commercial spaces are available for rent at the Noord Business Park.

The spaces measure approximately 174 m², divided equally between the ground floor and the first floor, and are equipped with an electrically operated overhead door and two private parking spaces.

RENT:

Weesp has a major train station. From there, you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in about 17 minutes and Schiphol in 22 minutes. Four trains run every hour toward Amsterdam Centraal, Amsterdam WTC/Schiphol, Almere, and Amersfoort. There is also a good bus connection to the station.

The location is also easily accessible by car. There are fast connections to the A1, the N236 toward Amsterdam and Hilversum, and the A9.

PARKING:

SERVICE CHARGES:

The service charges are €100 per month. This covers window cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor area.

LEASE TERMS:

5 (+5) year lease with a 12-month notice period.
