Weesp has a major train station. From there, you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in about 17 minutes and Schiphol in 22 minutes. Four trains run every hour toward Amsterdam Centraal, Amsterdam WTC/Schiphol, Almere, and Amersfoort. There is also a good bus connection to the station.
The location is also easily accessible by car. There are fast connections to the A1, the N236 toward Amsterdam and Hilversum, and the A9.
PARKING:
The units come with two parking spaces. There are also plenty of public parking options in the area.
SERVICE CHARGES:
The service charges are €100 per month. This covers window cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor area.
LEASE TERMS:
5 (+5) year lease with a 12-month notice period.
