The object will be delivered in its current state and is equipped with, among other things:

- kitchen;
- indirect fired heater.
Two lattice mezzanine floors have been built in the business space, together measuring approximately 30 m².Floor:
- air conditioning;
- shower cubicle;
- opening windows;
- lighting;
- electricity;
- partition walls.
A number of facilities in the leased space such as the partition walls, floor covering, pantry, toilet, the central heating system etc. do not belong to the leased space. These facilities are provided to the tenant free of charge. Maintenance, repair and/or replacement thereof will be at the tenant's expense and risk throughout the rental period.
Rent indexation
Annually, for the first time 12 months after the commencement date based on the price index figure according to the consumer price index (CPI) series CPI All Households (2015=100) published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
Security deposit
A bank guarantee in the amount of at least 3 months' rent, including the advance payment for service costs plus VAT, to be provided and issued by a recognized Dutch banking institution.
Lease agreement
Based on the model office space and other commercial space within the meaning of Section 7:230 of the Dutch Civil Code, as established by the Council of Real Estate Affairs ( ROZ, model 2015) with special provisions of the lessor.
