Each year, the most recent applicable rent will be increased based on the monthly price index according to the consumer price index (CPI) series for all households (2015=100), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

Sales tax:
The rent will be increased by sales tax at the applicable rate. For tenants who are unable to offset this sales tax, the sales tax may be waived. In that case, a surcharge will be calculated on the rent.

Bank guarantee/security deposit:
In the amount of a payment obligation of three months, plus VAT.

Lease agreement and other conditions:
The standard ROZ model with additional provisions regarding VAT will be used as the lease agreement. Furthermore, a bank guarantee will be requested, also in accordance with the ROZ model.
