In Breezand, we are selling the following plots of land by tender:

Burgemeester Lovinkstraat 62 and 64 Breezand
For sale by tender, spacious plot of 2,628 m2 with an old dilapidated building called "De Aap" (The Monkey) on it. The plot is located on the corner of Burgemeester Lovinkstraat and Pastoor Verhoeffpark. The existing buildings are very outdated and too dangerous to view. Next to number 64 is a detached rented teacher's house at number 62, which is also included in the sale.

The house at number 62 will not be vacated, but the rest will.


Pastoor Verhoeffpark Breezand

At the end of Pastoor Verhoeffpark, adjacent to the cemetery, there are two plots of land that we are selling by tender on behalf of the parish of St. John the Evangelist.

This concerns a plot with cadastral number section K, 7117, measuring 320 m2, and the adjacent plot, section K, 6738, measuring 572 m2. Together, this makes a plot of almost 900 m2.

The plots are quietly located at the end of Pastoor Verhoeffpark.


Between Burgemeester Lovinkstraat 64 and 66 in Breezand

Spacious plot of 1146 m2 for sale, with two semi-detached houses already marked on the old zoning plan. It has been an undeveloped plot of land for a long time, with quite a few trees growing on it.

The location is ideal for the development of a small residential area.

The plots are sold "as is, where is" by tender. The deadline for registration is July 1, 2024. Anyone can submit a bid using the registration form posted in the data room and send it by mail or email before July 1, 2024, to:

After registration, the church council will meet to decide on the sale, after which a purchase contract will be drawn up, a draft of which is already available in the data room. After signing the purchase agreement, episcopal authorization from the diocese must be requested. Only after obtaining episcopal authorization will there be a final agreement.
