RENT ADJUSTMENT

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. The lessor has assumed that the agreed rent is subject to VAT. The lessee declares that at least 90% of the services provided will be subject to sales tax. If the lessee no longer meets this criterion at any time, the rental will be exempt from sales tax by operation of law. In that case, the agreed rental price, excluding sales tax, will be increased in such a way that the lessor's financial disadvantage is compensated.
