Persoonlijke noot:
Drie jaar geleden kochten wij deze woning en met veel liefde hebben we de woning helemaal verbouwd. We hebben heerlijk gewoond op de Meerkoetlaan 84 met het winkelcentrum, de school, het Molmpad en het park in de buurt.
Nu we een nieuwe uitdaging aangaan, is het tijd om verder te gaan. Maar aan het huis ligt het zeker niet!

Why would you want to live here?
This home offers everything you need to live comfortably and with joy. The location is ideal: at the front you can enjoy unobstructed views, while at the back you have a sheltered garden with complete privacy. You can park your car right next to the house on your own driveway. Within walking distance, you will find a shopping center with a butcher, bakery, Jumbo supermarket, flower shop, and more. Thanks to its convenient location, you can reach the A2 via the N201 in no time, taking you towards Amsterdam or Utrecht.

The neighborhood is family-friendly and offers several playgrounds and schools in the immediate surroundings. For a pleasant walk, the Zwanenpark, the Molmpad, and the De Maricken nature reserve are all nearby. And in the summer? That’s when you can fully enjoy the Vinkeveense Plassen!

What makes this house special?
The property was extensively renovated in 2022/2023. Upon entering, you will immediately notice the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the stylish tiles in the hallway. Now that we are embarking on a new adventure, it is time to move on. But it is certainly not because of the house!
