Parc Twin Loft P 2.9 is expected to be completed in the summer of 2026.
Twin Loft P2.9 will be built on the first and second floors of Elements, with a living area of approximately 74 m² and a balcony of approximately 7 m². The entrance is located in the communal courtyard garden, a green and peaceful place that gives you a feeling of relaxation as soon as you come home. From the hall, where the technical room is also located, the route continues to the bright living room with high windows and sliding doors to the balcony. Leasehold
Elements is subject to the new perpetual leasehold system. The purchase price does not include the annual ground rent of €6,389. The annual ground rent is, in principle, tax deductible.
Parking garage
A parking space in the parking garage can be purchased with an apartment. The price of a parking space is €65,000, excluding ground rent and homeowners' association (HOA) fees.
HOA fees
A draft budget has been drawn up for the HOA. The indicative monthly fee for a home is €2.90 per m² of living space and approximately €130 per parking space.
