Building number 12 is located on the top two floors of this complex, which is still to be built.

Het LeeuwenDeel is a versatile boutique building with striking architecture inspired by everyday life in the 17th century, as seen in Johannes Vermeer's painting 'The Little Street'. Housing program

There will be 12 apartments. The four floors of the building feature two types of homes. The apartments of various sizes on the 2nd and 3rd floors are organized around a central core. Each apartment has a loggia (balcony) and a pleasant east, west, or south orientation. The 4th and 5th floors, the top floor, will feature a duplex typology of two-story family homes/penthouses with a roof terrace. This is a very unique type of housing, where you live downstairs and sleep upstairs, and even have your own garden in the sun. And all this with an unobstructed view of the new city district!

Planning

Construction is expected to start this year. After a year of construction, the apartments will be completed in the summer of 2026.
