Two types of homes will be offered in Park Bongerd. 26 Tuinderijwoningen (type A) on the Tuinderijlaan and 26 Kadewoningen (type B) on the outside of the district, adjacent to the Bongerdkade and facing the water.

* Type A: 115 m2 to 130 m2 GBO purchase price between € 725,000 and € 900,000 v.o.n. (incl. 50 years ground rent paid off)
* Type B: 109 m2 to 149 m2 GFA purchase prices between € 685,000 and € 985,000 n.a. (incl. 50 years ground rent paid off)
For both type A and type B, there is a choice between a corner house, a terraced house and/or a special terraced house.
