Why did you buy this house?
When we bought this house 3.5 years ago, we were looking for a house in De Kwakel. This house was a real stroke of luck. The house was practically ready to move into, and it's on a very nice street with nice neighbors. After the first viewing, we immediately made an offer, and it was accepted!
What do you think are the most important elements of the house that make it so pleasant to live in?
The house has a lot of light inside thanks to the French doors. In addition, the heat pump ensures that the temperature in the house is always very pleasant, while energy costs remain low.
