WONEN IN THE PREVIOUS MOLENLANDSCHAP OF ZAANDAM

The former Holleman-Schoen industrial estate in Zaandam - where windmills once stood - is undergoing a major makeover: it is being transformed into a multifunctional hub where living plays the leading role. From mid-May 2024, 106 rental apartments will already be built at the former Schoen site for Rochdale housing corporation.

At the Holleman site, we will start construction in 2025 of De Paltrok Blok H (82 owner-occupied apartments), De Paltrok Blok E (15 owner-occupied apartments) and De Paltrok Blok F (35 owner-occupied apartments). The sale of the apartments will begin with Block H. After that, it will be the turn of Block E and Block F. There will also be a beautiful commercial space, for offices, practices and/or other uses in the service sector.

Can you already see yourself enjoying a magnificent view from your own apartment? In the imposing De Paltrok Block H there will be a total of 82 homes in eleven different types. Something for everyone! In addition to 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, we are building three spacious penthouses in Block H, each with three bedrooms.
