This recreational home is located on a 250 m² plot on the edge of Burghorn Park, just outside Schagen. It offers unobstructed views over meadows towards Schagen and the Westfriese Omringdijk. The backyard faces south, so you can enjoy plenty of sunshine.

Burghorn Park offers many facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, playground, and tennis/soccer/basketball court. In addition to the vacation homes, there are also chalets in the park, and part of the park is reserved for tents or caravans. The center of Schagen is less than a kilometer away, offering all the amenities of a medium-sized city. Various restaurants, cafes, a wide range of shops, and connections to public bus and train transport.

The bungalow has central heating and is equipped with insulated glass. You enter the house through the kitchen. The kitchen is finished in wood and equipped with built-in appliances. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink. From the garden-facing living room, you can enjoy the unobstructed view and access the sun terrace. Adjacent to the living room are two bedrooms.

From the living room, you step onto the sun terrace with a windbreak and partially covered area. Enjoy the full sun or, when it gets too hot, there is shade.

Next to the house is a storage room, constructed from durable plastic. The land on which the house stands is leased, and a park contribution is paid for the maintenance of the facilities. The park is closed from October 1 to April 1. However, owners of recreational homes are welcome all year round, although some facilities are closed. The park contribution is €467. The ground rent is €1,350.81 per year until July 15, 2030.
