Over de ligging en de buurt:
Westknollendam is een kleine groene parel iets ten noorden van Assendelft, Krommenie en Wormerveer. Het is een klein, historisch dorp dat een nauwe verbinding heeft met het aangrenzende dorp Oostknollendam. Beide dorpen staan bekend om hun saamhorigheid, veiligheid en de gunstige ligging ten opzichte van de grotere steden. Handig voor mensen met kinderen in de basisschoolleeftijd is het feit dat er een basisschool op slechts 120 meter van de woning gevestigd is. Het dorp is ontzettend actief en er zijn talloze activiteiten en verenigingen om aan deel te nemen. De grotere plaatsen Krommenie, Assendelft en Wormerveer bevinden zich op 20 minuten fietsen of 15 minuten rijden met de auto. De nabijheid van de uitvalswegen zorgt voor een goede verbinding richting de grotere steden, maar ook naar mooie natuurgebieden zoals het Alkmaardermeer en het strand.

Begane grond:
Via de ruime voortuin (incl. automatisch hek en toegangspoortje met bel) met oprit komen we aan bij de voordeur van de woning.

Achter de voordeur vinden we de centrale entreehal die toegang biedt tot de woonkamer met open keuken.

De royale doorzonwoonkamer strekt zich uit over de volledige lengte van het huis en is strak afgewerkt met een PVC-laminaatvloer in visgraatmotief, voorzien van vloerverwarming.

About the location and neighborhood:
Westknollendam is a small green pearl just north of Assendelft, Krommenie and Wormerveer. It is a small, historic village that has a close connection to the neighboring village of Oostknollendam. Both villages are known for their community spirit, safety and convenient location in relation to the larger cities. What is handy for people with children of primary school age is the fact that there is an primary school at just 120 metres from the property. The village is incredibly active and there are numerous activities and associations to participate in. The larger towns of Krommenie, Assendelft and Wormerveer are 20 minutes away by bike or a 15-minute drive by car. The proximity of the arterial roads provides a good connection towards the larger cities, but also to beautiful natural areas such as the Alkmaardermeer and the beach.
