Bouwkosten: De bouwkosten zijn afhankelijk van het ontwerp, het bouwvolume en de persoonlijk keuzes van de koper.
De vraagprijs voor de kavel (exclusief sloopkosten) bedraagt € 650.000,-- kosten koper. Op deze transactie is overdrachtsbelasting van toepassing (nu 10,4%) in plaats van 21% BTW.
