De nieuwe Tudorvilla’s worden op een prachtige plek gebouwd aan de Hoofdweg in Hoofddorp. De meeste percelen grenzen aan een royale groenstrook met veel bomen en aan de voorzijde ligt het water van de Hoofdvaart. Een unieke locatie dus!

DE WIJK:
De projectlocatie is gelegen rondom de bestaande villa Hoofdweg 875 in Hoofddorp. Aan de Zuidzijde grenst het project aan Tudorgardens. Deze fraaie nieuwbouwwijk is door dezelfde projectontwikkelaar ontwikkeld en in vergelijkbare stijl gebouwd. Aan de achterzijde grenzen de tuinen aan een royale gemeentelijke groenstrook met prachtige volgroeide bomen, waar het in het voorjaar wemelt van de vogels. Aan de voorzijde van het project is het water van de Hoofdvaart gelegen, voor de deur met een bootje varen of vissen, behoort dan ook tot de mogelijkheden!

WONINGEN:
Ruime, hoogwaardige woningen met grote tuinen is wat de klok slaat in Tudorvilla’s. De 6 woningen zijn met dezelfde architectuurkenmerken ontworpen, maar zijn allen anders! U koopt dus een unieke woning. De villa’s hebben grote woonoppervlaktes en zijn daarbij ook nog eens bijzonder hoog (circa 11,5 tot 12,5 meter). De afwerking is luxe, wat o.a. terugkomt in de royaal uitgeruste badkamers met dubbele wastafels, bad en aparte douche. DUURZAAM:
De villa’s worden zeer duurzaam gebouwd, natuurlijk gasloos en voorzien van tal van maatregelen om het energieverbruik naar een zeer laag niveau te brengen. U krijgt straks een woning met o.a. wtw (warmte-terugwin) ventilatiesysteem, vloerverwarming in alle ruimtes, HR++ beglazing en uiteraard dikke pakketten hoogwaardige isolatie in gevels, vloer en dak. De rieten afdekking zorgt voor nóg meer isolerende werking in vergelijking met een pannendak. Maar het meest trots zijn wij op de keuze voor een bodemwarmtepomp mét individuele bron (eigendom). Veel projectontwikkelaars kiezen voor de veel goedkopere lucht-warmtepomp, maar die levert fors minder rendement en heeft als groot nadeel dat de bijbehorende buitenunit een vervelend hard geluid produceert. Wij vinden dat dit niet past bij de luxe-beleving als u heerlijk in uw fraaie achtertuin zit, vandaar de keuze voor de luxe bodem-warmtepomp.

ONTWERP:
Alle woningen zijn ontworpen in de romantische Engelse Tudorstijl. Onze top-architect René van der Maten van MB architecten heeft geen detail aan het toeval overgelaten: ”Een standaard woning zult u in Tudorpark al niet snel tegenkomen, maar de woningen in Tudorvilla’s zijn wel heel bijzonder. De zeer gevarieerde woningen kenmerken zich door de toepassing van hoogwaardige materialen, waaronder daken voorzien van riet in verschillende vormen en hoogtes. Dat in combinatie met de traditioneel gemetselde gevels, die zijn voorzien van gevarieerd donker houten ‘vakwerk’, maakt de villa’s een lust voor het oog. De steile kappen, ook typerend voor de Tudorstijl, zorgen niet alleen voor nog meer grandeur, maar leveren ook nog eens een zee van extra ruimte op. De groene- en waterrijke ruimte rondom het project maakt het helemaal af.”

AANNEMER:
De bouw van de woningen zal verzorgd worden door het gerenommeerde aannemingsbedrijf Ouwehand Bouw uit Katwijk. Zij hebben al diverse nieuwbouwprojecten in de Tudorwijk naar volle tevredenheid opgeleverd, waaronder Tudor Gardens Zuid, Tudorcollege en de Fruitboerderij.

WONINGBORG-CERTIFICAAT:
Alle woningen in Nieuwbouwproject Tudorvilla’s worden geleverd met een Woningborg-certificaat. Het Woningborg-certificaat beschermt u tijdens de bouw tegen de gevolgen van een faillissement van uw contractspartij, en biedt u een vangnet voor bouwtechnische gebreken na oplevering van uw woning.

The new Tudor villas will be built in a beautiful location along the Hoofdweg in Hoofddorp. Most plots border a generous green strip with mature trees, while at the front you will find the water of the Hoofdvaart. A truly unique setting!

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The project is located around the existing villa at Hoofdweg 875 in Hoofddorp. On the southern side, it borders Tudorgardens, an attractive new-build development created by the same developer and built in a similar architectural style. At the rear, the gardens adjoin a spacious municipal green area with mature trees, where birds are abundant in spring. At the front, the Hoofdvaart canal offers opportunities for boating or fishing right on your doorstep.

The homes are situated in a spacious and enclosed courtyard that radiates luxury and quality in every aspect a villa street. The thatched roofs provide additional insulation compared to traditional tiled roofs. This ensures higher efficiency and eliminates noise from outdoor units, enhancing the comfort and luxury experience in your garden.

DESIGN:
All homes are designed in a romantic English Tudor style. Renowned architect René van der Maten of MB Architecten has paid meticulous attention to every detail:

CONTRACTOR:
The construction of the villas will be carried out by the renowned contractor Ouwehand Bouw from Katwijk. They have successfully completed several projects in the Tudor district, including Tudor Gardens Zuid, Tudor College, and the Fruitboerderij.

WONINGBORG CERTIFICATE:
All homes in the Tudorvilla’s development are delivered with a Woningborg certificate. This certificate protects you during construction against the consequences of a contractor’s bankruptcy and provides coverage for structural defects after completion.
