Living by the water

Breekoever is a unique new-build project that will be realized in three phases. Breekoever3 marks the completion of the final phase: a beautiful finale consisting of eight spacious townhouses and ten lifetime homes.

The homes are located in the area around the Kerkebreek, directly on and near the water. These are contemporary homes with a classic character, inspired by the historic Waterland architectural style and the village ribbon of Landsmeer. Every home in Breekoever3 is unique thanks to the variety of facade layouts, colors, rebated sections, brokers, and other characteristic details.

Mansion – Type B – construction number 15 – corner

The Type B homes are truly unique! On the ground floor, they have a sloping corner with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to enjoy the view over the water even more. These homes are located on the west side of Breekoever3 and have a living area of approximately 153 m² and 5 bedrooms. The garden faces east. Plenty of space for guests or a home office!

The backyard faces east, while the front yard on the water side faces west.

Whichever you choose, you will always enjoy plenty of space and a wonderful place to live outdoors.
