Apartments 35 m2 - 50 m2
In phase 1, 50 homes will go on sale. Of these, 14 homes are studios and two-room apartments with a living area of 35 m2 to 50 m2.

Studios
In the five studios of 39 to 50 m2 you can easily create a nice place to live that suits your living requirements. The studios look surprisingly spacious. There is enough room for a double bed and a cozy sitting area. Or place a loft bed here, creating extra space for a home office. Open your windows and enjoy the location on the lively square. Exclusively for residents, there is a communal roof garden on the roof.

Two-bedroom apartments
The nine two-bedroom apartments, are located in the Swallow Tower and the Court and have an area of approximately 50 m2. Because of the varying layout, there is always an apartment that suits you. There are apartments in which the bedroom is adjacent to the hall, with spacious walk-in closet. Or on the contrary, apartments with a large living room and open kitchen. Most of the apartments have a bay window (indoor/outdoor garden), which does not count as formal living space, but does increase your living space. From the bay window you look out over Amsterdam. There is also a communal rooftop terrace.

Location and accessibility
De Oosterlingen is around the corner from the bustling Czaar Peterstraat, a lively street with beautiful boutiques, cafes and delicious food stores. By extension, the city opens up on all sides, from the hip Javastraat in Oost to the cozy Plantagebuurt with Artis, but also the Utrechtsestraat, Pijp and Nieuwmarkt are nearby. By car you can drive onto the A10 within 10 minutes at exit s110. Prefer the train, bus or metro? Central station is less than 10 minutes by bike.
