1. een perceel grond, gelegen aan het BOEIERSPAD 2, 1081 KE AMSTERDAM, kadastraal bekend gemeente Amsterdam, sectie AD, nummer 374, groot vijfenzestig centiare, met de rechten van de erfpachter op de op die grond gestichte opstallen, zijnde een recreatie woning;
2. een perceel grond, met het zich al dan niet daarboven bevindende water met aanlegsteiger, gelegen aan het BOEIERSPAD TE AMSTERDAM en grenzende aan voormeld perceel, uitmakende een gedeelte ter grootte van ongeveer achtenzestig centiare, van zodanige juiste grootte als na meting vanwege het kadaster zal blijken van het perceel kadastraal bekend gemeente Amsterdam, sectie AD, nummer 424 gedeeltelijk, totaal groot twee hectare, vijf are en tien centiare.

Eigendomsinformatie en erfpachtbestemming:
Het perceel is op 01-10-2011 in voortdurende erfpacht uitgegeven. De erfpachtcanon voor het huidige tijdvak is afgekocht tot 30-09-2061. De Algemene Bepalingen 2000 zijn van toepassing.

Ownership information and leasehold destination:
The plot was issued on 01-10-2011 as a perpetual ground lease. The ground lease canon for the current period has been bought off until 30-09-2061. The General Provisions 2000 (AB 2000) apply.
The land is designated for a recreational property of forty square meters (40 m2), sixty square meters (60 m2) of unbuilt land with an associated water plot of thirty-three square meters (33 m2).

Delivery
