SALE STARTED: Havenzicht in Thuis in Huizen with 29 APARTMENTS

Thuis in Huizen consists of two sub-projects:
- Location Oude Haven phase 3
- Location Havenzicht.
In subproject Havenzicht, on the corner of the IJsselmeerstraat and the Bestevaer, there will be 24 rental apartments and 29 owner-occupied apartments, of which 14 apartments in block 2 are now on sale. HAVENZICHT
The first phase consists of 14 apartments in Havenzicht (block 2) which are located on the Bestevaer. This is the Silverdome location at Bestevaer 5, where the discotheque used to be located. In this apartment building (Block 2) 3 apartment types will be realized, distributed over 5 floors with a parking basement and deck below. The apartment building has an elevator and on the parking deck there is an enclosed communal bicycle storage. It is possible to purchase an enclosed private storage room in the parking basement.

TYPE C
The 12 Type C apartments have a balcony facing south or east and are distributed on the first through fourth floors. The two apartments with the balcony facing east, have a lovely French balcony in the south facade.
