Thuis in Huizen consists of two sub-projects:
- Location Oude Haven phase 3
- Location Havenzicht.
The Havenzicht subproject, on the corner of IJsselmeerstraat and Bestevaer, will consist of 24 rental apartments and 29 owner-occupied apartments. Whether you are a first-time buyer or looking to move up the property ladder, young or a little older, single, a couple, or a family, the apartments at Thuis in Huizen offer something for everyone.

HAVENZICHT
Phase 1 consists of 14 apartments in block 2, located on Bestevaer. This is the Silverdome location at Bestevaer 5, where the discotheque used to be. The architecture is modern with a nod to Huizen's rich fishing history, when imposing warehouses still colored the streetscape. Large windows, playful facade layouts, and beautiful brickwork give the building a stately appearance. The apartments are located on the east and south sides of the building.


APARTMENTS The 14 apartments are located on the south side of Bestevaer, opposite the Lidl car park. This apartment building (block 2) will have three types of apartments, spread over five floors with an underground car park and parking deck below. The apartment building has an elevator and there is a locked communal bicycle storage area on the parking deck. It is possible to purchase a locked private storage room in the parking garage.

TYPE C
The 12 Type C apartments have a south- or east-facing balcony and are spread over the first to fourth floors.
The two apartments with east-facing balconies have a lovely French balcony on the south facade.

The two-room apartments have a living area of approximately 67 m² (including an indoor storage/installation room of approximately 6 m²). The hall provides access to the spacious bedroom, the large indoor storage room with space for installations such as the heat pump, and the space for the washing machine. The hall also provides access to the bathroom. This is delivered complete with toilet, shower, sink, tiles, and underfloor heating. The spacious and bright living room with open kitchen has access to the balcony (east or south) through French doors. The kitchen is not included in the purchase price, so you can choose one to suit your own taste. You have your own parking space on the parking deck or in the parking garage.

Havenzicht is only 5 minutes from the lively center of Huizen, the harbor, and the Gooimeer. Want to do some shopping, grab a bite to eat, sit on a terrace, or go shopping?
