DE WERF is a collection of characteristic residential buildings inspired by the rich history of Zaandam and its former sawmills. The sustainable apartments have an average size of 60m² and vary between 40 and 72m². They are designed for a wide audience, from young to old and from singles to small families. Each apartment has plenty of storage space and its own private terrace or balcony. The apartments are on the ground floor and can be reached by elevator from the entrance, which also takes you to the underground parking garage and bicycle storage.

The apartments always have a nice living room with kitchen and at least one bedroom, bathroom, storage room, and toilet. The bathrooms are tiled to the ceiling in a contemporary style and feature spacious shower areas, one or two sinks, and an electric designer radiator. The kitchen and interior of the apartment can be customized to your own taste. Purchasing a private parking space is one of the options.
