CONSTRUCTION OFFICIALLY STARTS

On the former hockey fields in the Nieuwe Steen area in Hoorn, VORM and Bot Bouw are constructing 60 comfortable corner apartments spread over two beautiful buildings, Goudgaarde (OH1) and Weelderijk (OH2):

A green location in the heart of Hoorn, near the "De Huesmolen" amenities center.

The gas-free three-room apartments will have an effective layout and a pleasant outdoor space (balcony approx. 10 m2) and generally vary in living space from approx. 70 m2 to 79 m2.

The buildings have a semi-underground parking garage (each apartment has its own parking space), a total of 33 external storage rooms, a communal bicycle shed, and a community room.
Those who do not have an external storage room in the basement are entitled to four bicycle parking spaces (two low and two high) in the basement.

Nearly energy-neutral apartments:
All apartments in Nieuwe Weelde will receive a (provisional) energy label A+++ and meet the latest sustainability requirements. To achieve this sustainable performance, the apartments will be equipped with:
• HR++ glazing;
• high-quality facade and roof insulation;
• ventilation by means of a heat recovery system;
• solar panels on the roof of the residential buildings;
• individual heat pump;
• Underfloor heating and cooling;
• Storage tank boiler for hot water

Purchase price EUR 427,500, including parking space in the basement.

The municipality of Hoorn has imposed an owner-occupancy requirement on the 60 apartments for sale in Nieuwe Weelde, which will apply for up to 5 years after the apartment is occupied.
