Owners or homeowners' associations can take out a Sustainable Monument Loan from the Restoration Fund at an interest rate starting at 1.0%. The amount of the loan depends on the investments in energy-saving measures. The Restoration Fund offers various financing options. Permit for sustainability measures
An environmental permit is required when changes are made to a monument. This also applies to insulation or energy-generating measures, especially if the changes are irreversible, affect monumental parts, or are visible from public roads.
